Mubarak Al-Thani Qatari, b. 1989

Mubarak Nasser Al-Thani (b. 1989) is a multidisciplinary Qatari artist, currently based in Minneapolis, MN. Holding a BA in International Politics from Georgetown School of Foreign Service and an MA in Urban Planning from New York University, Mubarak’s work depicts urban living and infrastructure while his practice focuses mainly on painting, sculpting, and photography.
